Rhea Skinner, of Basic Kneads Catering, was our Personal Chef during our busiest season at the Almost Idaho Ranch. We employed her throughout the summer season and were very impressed with the taste, variety, freshness, and the overall healthiness of the meals she prepared. She flawlessly executed the occasional breakfast, as well as: lunch, snacks, and dinner for roughly 30 people a day, 7 days a week.

Rhea is more than qualified to cater to both small and large groups of people and always demonstrated a characteristic collectiveness in the kitchen that was settling in an otherwise sometimes hectic environment.
