Thank you for your interest in our Catering Services ~ we'd be
honored to help! Below is a list of our more popular foods along
with their prices, with the intention of giving you an idea of
the scope of cooking that we do on a regular basis. We make
everything from scratch, and therefore, can create foods to
accommodate any budget or taste. So if what you see doesn't make
your mouth water or if your wallet recedes to another room ~
please contact me for customized ideas.

A brief explanation of what we have done, and where we're
headed. . . . Basic Kneads started life as a bakery in the
suburbs of Seattle in 1992 & has gained much local recognition
for our pleasing meals, fresh breads & tantalizing desserts.
We've been cooking fresh foods in this area since January of
2002, and have won several trophies and ribbons for our food
since then. We cook with locally & organic foods whenever
feasible.
Corporate &
Event catering is a distinct pleasure of ours such as: Wedding
Receptions, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Reunions, Funeral
Receptions & Holiday Catering. We also provide full-service
corporate catering ~ feeding hungry folks in training, board
meetings, classes, office parties & luncheons. If you haven't

*Unlike any of our competitors, everything at Basic Kneads is
made from scratch , using quality ingredients from local
purveyors, resulting in fresh tasting food that stands out.
Nowhere else (aside from your kitchen) can you get homemade
breads, entrees, salad dressings and desserts. There are no set
menus at Basic Kneads, as all foods are customized to personal
tastes, monetary budgets and specific diets.

Please know that these menus are just suggestions, and to send
me back to the drawing board if you can't find a combination
that makes your mouth water! Since everything is made from
scratch ~ we're not bound to a specific menu, and can make

Service Options: There are several options for service.
|
- We will deliver only ~ for a
small fee depending on location, or setup a
disposable buffet for $10 plus delivery.
- Complete buffet service is 18 to
28% of the food cost (depending on extent of
service such as table clearing, plate
scraping, etc) & includes: buffet setup,
serving equipment, staff, serving/portion
control, disposable place settings, cleanup
& leftover packaging.

- Sit down table service is 35%
- Disposable place settings are ten cents a person
for
the straight delivery option, or free with buffet or table
service.
- Bartending is available for $15 an hour.
- Cake cutting &
plating is
$15.
- Linen & dish rental is extra, with the market cost to be
determined when the number of guests & style is known.
